At the end of each calendar month, the 10 members who earned the most XP that month become Monthly Champions. Rewards apply automatically.
For the entire following month, your job applications and accommodation bookings appear at the top of providers' lists — above all other members, regardless of subscription tier. You get seen first.

You can apply once to a job. After a final decision (accepted or rejected), you can apply again 6 months later — fair to providers, and gives you time to genuinely improve (e.g., completing an internship in between).
Jobs you've already applied to sink to the bottom of the search results, with an "Applied" badge showing the status — so you always see fresh opportunities first and don't click into the same listing by accident.
Only via the 90-day inactivity penalty (-500 XP, floored at 0). Normal activities never deduct XP. The penalty only affects your all-time standing, not your monthly/weekly leaderboard.
At the end of each calendar month (last day, 23:59). Top 10 are detected automatically at the start of the next month, rewards apply on the same day, and the new month begins with everyone at 0 monthly XP.
Yes — and intentionally so. Paying members get lower application fees year-round, higher placement in some lists, and when they win a championship: Free and Membership winners both receive identical Premium time (the Member's reward is an upgrade — no incentive to downgrade). Premium/Exclusive winners get their subscription extended, saving them real money.
Ties resolve in this order: (1) higher subscription tier, (2) who reached the XP first, (3) earlier registration date, (4) alphabetically. So paying members and early adopters get a slight edge — but anyone can take #1 with more XP.
Yes. Toggle "Hide from leaderboards" in your profile settings. Note: a 30-day cooldown prevents toggling right before month-end to game the system. You can still earn XP and win prizes — you just won't appear in the public ranking.
Automatically, within the first hour of the new month. You'll receive an email with the details. Premium time/extension applies immediately. The fee discount kicks in the same moment. The trophy appears on your public profile permanently.
